Participant of the 10-th Paris annual conference of the Human Rights Institutes’ directors. Since 1998 – Chairman of the National Committee of UNESCO on the MOST Programme in the Republic of Azerbaijan. 1995-1996 Member of the group of experts of UNO and UNIDO’s Programme of Development on creation the Free Economical Zones in the Republic of Azerbaijan and member of a scientific-creative group of the representatives of UNO in the Republic of Azerbaijan on preparation annual reports «Human development in the Republic of Azerbaijan». Since 1993 – Editor-in-chief of the «Rebirth-XXI century» scientific- politological journal (since 1998 the journal is publishing in Azerbaijani, Russian and English languages).
